
Akwa United midfielder, Cyril Olisema has stated that his substitution against Kwara United on Monday in their Nigeria Premier Football League match day 15 encounter was precautionary, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
The former Enyimba man had scored Akwa United’s second goal of the game in the 27th minute as the Orange Boys defeated the Harmony Boys by three goals to one at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium.

However, the creative midfielder had to be replaced by Effiong Moses in the 43rd minute due to a suspected injury following a challenge by a Kwara United player.
Meanwhile, Olisema has stated that he is fine as the substitution was for precautionary reasons.
The player replied a fan on Twitter who showed concern about the extent of his injury after Olisema posted to celebrate the victory over Kwara United.
Asked if he was fine now, he replied “Precaution, will be back stronger. Thanks”

Akwa United will be up against Wikki Tourist in the FA Cup round of 64 on Wednesday and it is yet to be seen if Olisema will fielded for the encounter.
