Deputy Ghana captain Andre Ayew served another harsh reminder to English Premier League big-guns of swashbuckling style and substance by scoring and assisting the match winner against Manchester United in the English Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

The impregnable 25-year-old stumped his authority over Luis van Gaal’s Manchester United side who trooped to the Liberty Stadium seeking revenge against his side and he waited until Juan Mata had drawn first blood before he started his machinations and truculence against the Red Devils as Swansea claimed a 2-1 victory.

The former Olympique Marseille man has now scored three (3) Premier League goals in four (4) games for Swansea City.

Andre’s finish was from one of his most well-acclaimed patents – a brilliant header. With Swansea’s pressure piling on United, Sigurdsson Gylfi weighted in an incisive cross from the right and Andre outjumped his marker to apply a powerful header from the center of the box to the bottom left corner.

With Swansea having their enviable record against United to protect Andre Ayew demonstrated great resilience and unrelenting abilities to set up Gomis Bafetimbi to put Garry Monk’s side ahead of the game.

Andre’s impressive record in the Premier League keeps soaring around him after scoring against both of the top-four clubs he has faced since the start of the season.

The son of the African football legend scored against champions Chelsea to inspire a 2-2 draw at the Stamford Bridge in the opening game for the season.
