Super Eagles legend Mikel Obi at the just concluded 3-day event he organised in Lagos Back2Base, a talent hunt he put together to give back to the society doled out cash and other prizes to participants, Nigeriasoccernet can report.
Back2Base is a multisport event geared toward the discovery of new talents and Mikel was on hand to give cash rewards to the best players in several sports.
John Obi Mikel made 91 appearances for Nigeria between 2005 and 2019, scoring 6 goals in the process.
The former Chelsea man thought it wise to give back to the society which led to the talent hunt Back2Base.
