Nigeria’s next friendly match against Luxembourg is not a must win for Coach Salisu Yusuf, rather it offers the opportunity to better understudy the players, former International, Sams Sodje has said.
Yusuf had navigated Nigeria to its first win – the the last 4 matches- when the Eagles defeated Mali 1-0 on Friday in France courtesy a Kelechi Iheanacho 77th strike.
In a chat with footballlive.ng, Sodje insists that another victory; though not as essential, will boost the confidence of the players as wella as ensure the Coach give a convincing glimpse to what the team will look like in the future.
