Remember that the Rivers United Youth Team defeated Remo Stars, Rangers International, and Katsina United while drawing Plateau United to win 10 points and become the winners.
Additionally, Rivers United players’ were selected in various ctaegories for the awards claiming their own individual prizes. Seiyefa Jackson returned home as the playoffs’ leading scorer with four goals, while Oscar Ozornwafor won the Most Valuable Player award.
