Parity was restored after much pressure by Lobi Stars in the 75th minute. Alex Oche’s brilliant strike from outside the opponent’s 18-yard box leveled the score for Lobi Stars in a stunning display of skill and precision.
Solution FC got a penalty after Kabiru Mohammad’s foul. The penalty was converted and the lead was restored in the 87th minute.
The Anambra side remained resolute for the historic win as they progressed to the next round of the President Federation Cup.
