Premium Trust Bank has announced her sponsorship deal with Nigeria Women’s Football League (NWFL) champions, Bayelsa Queens, Nigeriasoccernet.com gathered.
The announcement came on Monday via the social media handle of the Sport Business Brand.
“sportbusinessbrand.com can exclusively reveal that innovative Premium Trust Bank has become the first sponsor of Nigeria Women’s Football League side, Bayelsa United,” The statement announced.
The deal sees the WAFU B champions and representative wear jerseys with the Premium Trust Bank logo in their CAF Champions League Campaign.
“Since receiving its operational license this year, Premium Trust Bank has become Nigeria’s leading sportscentric brand with multiple sponsorship deals ranging from the National Sports Festival to be hosted by Delta State to celebrity endorsement with Tobi Amusan as well as Ese Brume and now Bayelsa Queens.”
The CAF Women’s Champions League commences on the 30th of October in Morocco with eight teams.
Bayelsa Queens will seek to better the performance of Nigeria’s previous representatives, Rivers Angels who in the Maiden edition crashed out of the group stage.
After being drawn in group B with defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns,TP Mazembe Ladies and Wadi Degla Ladies, they kick-start their campaign against Sundowns on 31st October.
