PREMIER – Vieira agreed to become Crystal Palace manager

Sky Sports News can confirm Patrick Vieira has agreed to become the new Crystal Palace manager.

Nothing is signed yet and this is the third manager in three weeks where terms have been agreed, but club expect this deal to go through. 

The Crystal Palace board hoped Lucien Favre would change his mind over the weekend, but moved to Vieira shortly after. The club have insisted a manager must be in place by next Monday when the players return to pre-season training.
