Through official channels, Bromley have announced the acquisition of Michael Ayodeji Ngoo on undisclosed terms.
The 24-year-old has been training with the Vanarama National League club as he awaited the Scottish Football Association to issue an International Transfer Certificate.
London-born Ngoo spent time with the youth team of Southend United before joining Liverpool in September 2009.
He had loan spells at Heart of Midlothian, Yeovil Town and Walsall before he was snapped up by Kilmarnock on a permanent deal in summer of 2014.
A former England U20 international, Ngoo is also eligible to represent Nigeria and Cameroon.
