The Nigeria Women’s Football League which was scheduled to commence on 0ctober 14, has been put forward to November.
This piece of information is contained in a letter signed by the Chief Operating Officer of the league, Mrs Modupe Shabi which was obtained by Nigeriasoccernet.com.
Shabi in the letter addressed to teams stated logistics reasons for the postponement of the league.
“I’m directed to inform you that the kick-off date for the 2022/2023 NWFL Premiership season has been postponed to Wednesday, 30th November 2022, due to logistics reasons.
Kindly find attached fixtures and date for your information and compliance.”
