After leading Bayelsa Queens to the 2021/2022 NWFL Premiership title, Moses Aduku decided to resign from his role as their head coach.
Bayelsa Queens won all five games under the tutelage of Moses Aduku during the 2022 NWFL Premiership Super Six in Benin City to win the league title which qualified the team as Nigeria representatives at the 2022 WAFU-B Zonal Qualifiers for the TotalEnergies CAF Women’s Champions League.
The coach replaced Wemimo Matthew who was sacked during the 2022 NWFL Premiership Super Six with Coach Grace Kurah taking charge of Edo Queens in an interim capacity before the announcement of Moses Aduku as Edo Queens’ new Manager this afternoon.
The former Bayelsa Queens Coach who said he understood the demands at the club and its ambition, said his primary focus is to get started and achieve the desired targets
“I am here to work hard and bring further success to the club and I can’t wait to get started.
His first assignment will be to lead Edo Queens to the 2022 Aiteo Cup (FA Cup) with the aim of defending the title he won with Bayelsa Queens last year.
