The Creative Championship (TCC), an amateur league in Nigeria, last week slapped a five game ban and a sum of five hundred thousand Naira fine on Sporting Lagos FC trainer, Coach Olusanjo Olutayo improper conduct after their game against Imperial Football Club, Nigeriasoccernet.com gathered.
Sporting Lagos, one of the teams from the Nigeria Nationwide League (the third tier level of club football in Nigeria) is participating in the TCC, a private league with 10 teams from Lagos and Ogun state but has displayed far beyond being a new comer in the championship sitting comfortably in second position after matchday 8.
Despite their good start to the season in the championship, the Lagos based club must work on the temperament of their coach as he’s been caught countless times using foul words when calls do not go his ways.
Coach Olutayo took to social media after his team threw away two goal advantage to play a 3-3 draw against Imperial to air his dissatisfaction of the officiating thereby indicting the league as well.
This promoted his ban and his lump sum fine. And Just when you thought you will see a more cool-head man at the stand on Sunday against Dannaz FC, the tactician was caught on some occasions bared-chested, agitating when calls did not go his way or his players missing opportunities.
