The rescheduled fixture of the Nigeria National League (NNL) Super 4 played on Friday between El-Kanemi Warriors and Bendel Insurance ended a one all draw.
At the Samson Siasia Stadium, Yenegoa, the two teams who have perfect record prior to the match after their first games went into the game poised to outwit the other.
But at the end of regulation time, there was nothing to choose between the two sides.
Two late goals from both sides changed the result of the encounter which was heading for a stalemate.
A long-range shot from the left forward of El-Kanemi beat Amas Obasogie to leave the score at 1-0 in favour of the warriors.
However, few minutes to the end of the match, the Bendel Arsenal responded to level score.
It was Ebuka Akobundu with a long-range rocket who made sure his side went away with a point.
The two sides now top the log of the round rubin tournament with four points apiece after two matches.
