Oyah Sports FC has stated that it would not be available to prosecute its match against Sokoto United billed for today Saturday 18th June, 2022, Nigeriasoccernet can report.
The Suleja based club are not having the best of season has they continue to struggle both on and off the pitch.
In a statement released by the club’s management, the reason for the decision was not stated.
“We take this chance to express our regrets for not attending our Nigeria National League Game which is suppose to take place tomorrow against Sokoto United been the 18th June, 2022,” the club statement reads.
“Though we have always desired to attend the league game, and we couldn’t do so due to some on foreseeing circumstances that is beyond our control,” was added.
The club however maintain its commitment to the course of the league.
“We remain a committed reputable football club in the Nigeria National League (NNL) and we promise we will always be available for the oncoming league games.
“Once more, accept our heartfelt request.”
The Nigeria National League governing body is yet to release a statement regarding the development as at the time of filling this report.
