Ojodu Football Club got back to back win in the Nationwide League One, NLO after their emphatic win against Buruj Football Club at the Maracana Stadium, Ajegunle on Friday, Nigeriasoccernet.com.
Justin Friday scored three times as the Ojodu Tigers crushed Buruj by four goals to nil their second group A2 fixture in Lagos.
Coach Olawale made four changes to the team which started the 2-1 win against Emmydinho FC in their first match of the season and it turned out a good decision at the end.
Justin opened score for the Ojodu Tigers in the 25th minute with a penalty after Kudus was brought down by a Buruj defender.
Kudus could have made it two few minutes later, but the attacking midfielder missed a seater. Osita came close to scoring, but his attempt was saved by the goalkeeper.
In the 35 minute the second goal finally came as Osita gave a fine pass to Justin who does a dummy to the goalkeeper before putting the ball at the back of the net to make it 2-0 at half time.
The match leaders continued with the momentum of the first 45 as Osita attempted a shot at goal earlier in the half.
However, it was Titus Okon who scored the third as Gift Effiong gave him a pass which he drove into the box from the right before placing the ball in the net in the 68th minute.
Justin got his third of the day as Okon squared the ball from the right to him to bury the ball at the back of the net to end that score 4-0.
