Nigeria U-23s have arrived in Seoul, South Korea for this year’s Suwon Invitational Tournament.
The team’s arrival was confirmed on the Nigeria Football Federation official Twitter handle on Tuesday.
A delegation of 19 players and 10 officials led by NFF Executive Committee member and Chairman of the NFF Media and Publicity Committee, Suleiman Yahaya-Kwande, departed Nigeria for South Korea on Monday, aboard an Ethiopian Airline flight.
The U-23 Eagles will contest this year’s Suwon Invitational Tournament against hosts South Korea, Honduras and Denmark.
The tournament takes place from Thursday, 2 June to Monday, 6 June.
Defender Segun Oduduwa was ruled out of the tournament after sustaining an injury during training.
