The President of KRC Genk has revealed the Belgian club will now hope to make a good transfer business every season as they did in the case of Nigeria international Wilfred Ndidi.

“The Genk President has said he wishes to do a good transfer business every season like they did with Ndidi, where they bought him for almost nothing and could now sell him for a little fortune,” a source told Reporters.

It was understood Genk paid Nath Boys of Lagos less than $200,000 in January 2015.

And a year later, the Belgian club rejected a six million Euros bid for the defender-turned-midfielder from German Bundesliga club Hamburg.

And now reports suggest Premier League side Watford are ready to pay even more for the player, but Genk have insisted they won’t be selling a player who made 38 appearances and scored four goals in the league for his club to qualify to feature in the UEFA Europa League.

The exciting Nigeria star first went on trials to Genk in January 2014, before he signed a professional career with the club after he clocked 18 in December 2014.

He still has two more years on this contract at Genk.
