Inter Allies reached the 40-point safety mark after a brave performance earned them a 2-2 draw at New Edubiase United.
It was Edubiase who took the lead on six minutes through striker Bernard Ofori with a sublime finish.
He slotted home from a lose ball from the left and had only Allies goalkeeper Kwame Osei to beat.
But just before the break, Issah Yakubu leveled the scoring with his debut club goal.
On 70 minutes, striker Sheriff Mohammed registered his season’s 9th goal to put the visitors into the lead.
Nine minutes later, captain Alhassan Nuhu restored parity with a controversial finish after he handled the ball in the box just in front of the referee Samuel Sukah who laughed off.
