“?Liverpool are reportedly set to make a shock summer move for Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart in order to solve their goalkeeping crisis.

The Three Lions shot-stopper was shipped out on loan to Serie A side Torino at the start of this campaign with new manager Pep Guardiola suggesting he is surplus to requirements and brought in a replacement in former Barcelona keeper Claudio Bravo for £17m.

And according to The Sun, the Reds are looking to take Hart off of the Citizens’ hands during the upcoming summer transfer window after an impressive season so far in Italy in order to find a reliable man in between the sticks.

Manager Jurgen Klopp brought in Loris Karius from the Bundesliga last summer as a replacement for Simon Mignolet, who was dropped early in the season following some shaky performances.

But the German new-boy has also had his fair share of problems in goal for Liverpool, making costly errors such as in the Bournemouth game where Klopp watched his side throw away a two goal lead to lose 4-3 in the dying moments.

And Klopp is reportedly keen on bringing in the experienced Hart to find the missing piece of the jigsaw with a side that are currently challenging for the title, as well as looking to win the EFL Cup after reaching the semi-finals.

Guardiola on the other hand may be looking to bring back Hart to save his blushes, after his footballing replacement Bravo has had a shocking start to his career at the Etihad, producing one the worst shot-to-save ratios in the Premier League so far.
