LIGA MX – Mazatlan FC announce new arrival in Zarate

Liga MX club Mazatlan FC announced earlier today that they have signed Mexican midfielder Jorge Zarate in a tweet on the club’s official account.

Zarate will be on his second stint at the club, in fact he already played for them when they were known as Monarcas Morelia. He comes back to Liga MX after having played for second division club Coyotes de Tlaxcala this past season. The midfielder has also played for Puebla, Atlas and Chihuahua FC, and will look to make Mazatlan a competitive team with the objective of making the playoffs after avoiding relegation last season.
