Kelechi Iheanacho scored his first goal for Middlesbrough in their hard-earned home league victory over Oxford United in the English Championship, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
Iheanacho got Boro back into the game after the Reds went behind before beating Oxford United 2-1 at the Riverside.
Michal Helik opened the score for the visitors on 38 minutes to give Oxford United a 1-0 lead.
Kelechi restored parity three minutes into the second half after a good play out wide from Boro. Illing-Junior put in a great low ball across the six-yard box, and Iheanacho was there to put it away.
With 10 minutes left to the end of the game, Neto Borges secured the win after a great combination play from Morris and Illing-Junior out wide before another great cross from Illing-Junior found Neto Borges in the box who flicked a back-heel into the back of the net.
Middlesbrough is 7th on the log with 57 points after 39 matches while Oxford United is 19th with 42 points.
