A great news it is for the Super Eagles of Nigeria and Leicester City as Wilfred Ndidi had fully recovered from the Injury that has sidelined him for months, Nigeriasoccernet can report.
The midfielder has been out of actions since March 17 when he sustained the injury during Leicester City’s UEFA Europa Conference League round of 16 clash with French side Rennes which they lost 2-1.
The injury has kept him on the sidelines since then and ruled him out of high profile games including Nigeria’s double header against Ghana in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers playoffs.
Ndidi also missed Leicester City’s UEFA Europa Conference League quarter final and semi final games against PSV and Roma respectively.
The Foxes in excitement shared the news of Ndidi’s return to training session on their Twitter handle.

With Ndidi’s return to the squad, Leicester will hope they can better their 10th place finish last season when the 2022/23 season resumes.
