Ighalo scores in Al Hilal derby draw with Al Nassr

Nigerian forward, Odion Jude Ighalo can’t stop scoring as he was on the score sheet for his Saudi Arabia club side, Al Hilal in their 2-2 draw against Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League on Monday.

Ighalo opened score in the 10th minutes at the Stadium after a well placed tap in following a cross from the left to give the home side the lead at the King Saud University Stadium

However, the league leaders rallied back as Taliisca restored parity in the 56th minutes of the game to put the game in a delicately poised situation.

Salem Al-Dawsari restored the home team’s lead in the 65th minutes through a penalty, but Gharreb’s goal in the 88th minute meant score ended in a stalemate situation.

With this result, Al Hilal is tied third at 21 points with Al Ittihad, while Al Nassr continues to lead with 23 points after ten matches.

Ighalo now has 6 goals to his account in 10 matches in the league.
