German side Hamburg include Ghanaian starlet Jung in pre-season squad, FC Kaiserslautern loan move squashed

German Bundesliga side Hamburg SV have included Ghanaian starlet Gideon Jung in their pre-season squad to dismiss rumours the youngster could join Kaiserslautern on loan. 

Jung, 20, was linked with a summer loan move away from Hamburg for first team opportunities.

Hamburg have already drafted him into their pre-season squad meaning manager Bruno Labbadia has shown he could need the talented midfielder in his squad for next season by including him in his pre-season squad.

He spent majority of last season with Hamburg’s U23 squad where he scored five times in 26 games.
