Ghana striker Richmond Boakye targets explosive debut for Roda JC Kerkrade

Roda JC Kerkrade new signing Richmond Boakye has vowed to hog the headlines if handed his debut on Sunday against Feyenoord.

The 22-year-old had his documentation sorted out by the Dutch Eredivisie side on Friday after moving on a season-long loan move from Atalanta.

The club have announced he is available for selection and the Ghana striker says he wants to give his best for the promoted club.

He tweeted: “There’s prospect of my debut for @rodajckerkrade this weekend. I’ll give 100% to this fantastic football club!!”

Boakye has a good scoring record on his debut after finding the back of the net at Genoa, Sassuolo and Spanish side Elche.
