The Ghana international is a defender but has the ability to play in midfield when the need arises.
The 2010 Ghana World Cup star played the second half of last season on loan at NK Locomotiva from Dinamo Zagreb but had his contract cancelled by his parent club last month.
He is expected to link up with his new team mates after the international break.
