German Bundesliga side Augsburg have shown strong intentions to sell Ghana defender Baba Rahman to Chelsea after reaching agreement with Karlsruhe defender Philipp Max.
Augsburg are planning to splash €12 million out of their expected sale amount of Baba Rahman to Chelsea.
Baba’s agent has confirmed Chelsea have tabled a €25 million bid to sign the Real Madrid and AS Roma target subject to Augsburg’s agreement.
The former Asante Kotoko and Dreams FC defender will earn a £27,000 wage if he completes the move.
