Former Nigeria International, Victor Moses has successfully undergone surgery in Germany, according to the official website of Spartak Moscow.
The Crystal Palace Academy graduate was accompanied to Germany by the head of the medical department of the club.
The former Chelsea wing-back and 2017 Premier League winner suffered a serious injury during the first half of Spartak Moscow’s 2-0 win against Ural on matchday four in the Russian Premier League on Saturday, August 6, and was later diagnosed with an Achilles tendon injury and will face at least six months on the sidelines.

If everything goes according to script, the former Internazionale Milano(Inter Milan) man will return to the pitch against the club he picked up his injury as Spartak will take on Ural on March 4, 2023, their first match after the winter break.
