“For sure we are qualifying for CHAN”- Ghana Black Galaxies Coach

I am the right person for Black Stars vacant job, says Great Olympics coach Annor Walker

It’s almost job done for Ghana as two second-half goals from Afriyie Barnie and Seidu Suraj ensured the win against the Super Eagles B team in the first leg of the 2023 Championship of Nations qualifier played at the Cape Coast Stadium on Sunday.

Black Galaxies coach Annor Walker said they can not sit down and allow Nigeria to turn a two-goal deficit, so they are ready to give their all in the game.

“We are done with the first leg; we will be going back to the drawing board with my able assistant coaches before we depart Ghana for Nigeria.

“We also have some friendlies before the return leg, we will plan for a strategy because we cannot sit down for the Nigerians to overturn a two-goal deficit.

“The Black Galaxies will make sure they win or fight for a good result in Nigeria. For sure we are qualifying for CHAN,” he said.

The second leg of this tie comes off next Saturday at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja.
