West Ham attacking midfielder Felipe Anderson is starting to find his feet in the Premier League according to Hammers manager Manuel Pellegrini.
The big-money summer recruit from Lazio struggled in the early weeks of the campaign, but has burst into life in recent weeks, scoring four goals in his last four Premier League appearances.
He must be aware that he is improving in every game and that is very important for us.

And Pellegrini is pleased to see the Brazil international starting to show what he is capable of, with the Irons preparing for a Tuesday evening visit from Cardiff City.
He told reporters: “I think that Felipe is improving his performances. He knows the Premier League better now, knows what he can and cannot do.
“He played a very good game against Newcastle, but we are just in the first part of the season, so we cannot decide who is the best player.
“He must be aware that he is improving in every game and that is very important for us.”
Meanwhile, Pellegrini also confirmed that Aaron Cresswell is a major doubt for the clash with the Bluebirds at the London Stadium, with the left-back having been forced off early on in the second half of the 3-0 weekend win at Newcastle United.
The Chilean added: “From the last team we have Cresswell who has a hamstring injury, which is why he couldn’t continue the game.
“We will see him tomorrow and make a late decision, but it could be difficult.”
West Ham and Cardiff last met in during the 2013/14 season, when the Londoners won both league clashes 2-0, as well as claiming a 3-2 success in the League Cup.
The Irons are 7/10 to win the game on Tuesday evening and are 7/1 to claim a 1-0 victory, with the hosts 11/8 to keep a clean sheet.
