
Ghana winger Ishmael Yartey has returned to Portugal and joined second-tier side Gil Vicente on a season-long loan deal, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.
Yartey moves from Swiss side FC Sion where he has struggled to settle down since 2013.
He is familiar with the terrain in Portugal after previously playing for Benfica (junior side), Fátima and Beira Mar.
Yartey has in recent times played on loan at Servette and MLS side Portland Timbers.
He has two years left on his FC Sion contract.
