Samuel Kalu scored the only goal as Enyimba defeated Abia Warriors to claim the Abia State FA Cup at the Enyimba stadium on Wednesday evening.
Kalu kept his composure to slot into goal in the 58th minute after substitute Sadiq Abubakar stole the ball from the Abia Warriors goalkeeper to assist the match defining goal.
Warriors pressed afterwards and came closest towards the end when Valentine Odoh rattled the crossbar with a shot from outside the box.
The two teams will represent Abia State in the 2022 Aiteo Cup.
