Nigerian sports minister Solomon Dalung has been served a court order dated 2016 sacking the executive committee of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), according to a former NFF executive Effiong Johnson.
On Wednesday, Dalung told the NFF congress he had yet to receive such a court order.
“The document from the Jos court dated 2016 has been well served to the honourable minister,” disclosed Effiong Minister.
“It was served to him by 4pm on Wednesday.
“It’s now for the minister to take a decision on it.”
The minister had while delivering a fiery address to the congress made it clear that the country’s laws must be upheld.
