Chukwudi Nwodu, captain of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) champions Rangers, has parted ways with the club following the expiration of his contract, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
The midfielder led the Flying Antelopes to win the NPFL title last season and is now in talks to join nine-time NPFL champions Enyimba.
Enyimba is strengthening its squad for the upcoming season, and Nwodu’s addition would be a significant boost to the team.
