An evening to remember it was for Nigeria defender Calvin Bassey who came off the bench to assist Ajax to a comeback win over RKC Waalwijk on Sunday, reports Nigeriasoccernet.com.
Ajax fell behind in the 17th minutes as Seuntjens scored for the visitors, a lead the held on to going into the break.
Brobbey levelled scores for Ajax 5 minutes into the second half , before the Nigerian who was introduced in the 46th minutes assisted Timber for Ajax’s second of the evening in the 78th minutes.
Kudus sealed the win for the host scoring their 3rd of the evening in the 81st minutes.
With the win, Ajax are 3 points off first place Feyenoord and a point behind 2nd placed AZ Akmaar.
