Ahead of their CAF Confederation Cup group B campaign, Motema Pembe of DR Congo has appointed a new head coach, Nigeriasoccernet.com gathered.
Motema Pembe will play in group B alongside Nigeria’s Rivers United, Asec Mimosa ( Ivory Coast) and Diables Noirs.
Joao Mota was appointed on Tuesday evening as the new head coach of the team.
The 56-year-old manager took charge of his first training later in the day and he will be unveiled officially on Wednesday.
Motema Pembe will face the Pride of Rivers on the 26th of February 2023.
