Black Stars midfielder Bernard Mensah is thrilled with his winning debut in the Spanish top-flight with Getafe.
The 20-year-old midfield engine climbed off the substitute bench in the 87th minute to replace Angel Lafita before 5, 808 fans at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez as Serbian international Stefan Scepovic netted an early minute goal to seal victory for the host.

Getafe manager Fran Escribá introduce the former West African Football Academy graduate as replacement for Angel Lafita at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez.
The Azulones had journeyed through the early stages of the season without a win but Friday’s commanding performance over Malaga who could not recover from Scepovic’s 2nd minute goal.
It also happened on the night the former West African Football Academy graduate was making his official debut in the Spanish top-flight.
Mensah left Portuguese Liga Sagres side Vitoria Guimaraes to sign for former La Liga champions Atletico Madrid who have farmed him out to Getafe for the entire 2015/16 season.
He is expected to gradually warm himself into a regular spot in Fran Escribá’s starting line-up.
