Belgium Jupiler side Anderlecht have reached an agreement with Swedish side IFK Norrköping to sign Nigeria international Abdulrazak Ishaq, Nigeriasoccernet can report.
According to Swedish outlet Expressen, Abdulrazak Ishaq, 20, is small details from leaving IFK Norrköping.
Anderlecht were said to have presented a bid for Ishaq in February, which measured around SEK 26 million (over a billion naira), but which Norrköping chose to turn down immediately.
Anderlecht continue to monitor the player afterward as he went on to make 10 starts for Norrköping, getting an assist to his name in the process.
Anderlecht then upped their bids to SEK 45 million (over 1.8 billion naira) plus bonuses which reports states has been agreed by Norrköping.
Personal agreement between the player and Anderlecht remains the only obstacle to closing the deale at the moment.
If the player agrees with the Belgian club, everything points to the deal being completed if nothing unforeseen happens, even though there has been interest from several other clubs in the past.
IFK Norrköping has also negotiated a resale clause of 20 percent with Anderlecht.
