Former Super Eagles assistant coach, Daniel Amokachi has advised Sunday Oliseh to learn the art of man-management if he is to succeed as the Super Eagles coach.
Oliseh has been embroiled in a controversy over the captaincy of the team with now retired Vincent Enyeama, a development which has put the Nigeria coach under the microscope.
And Amokachi, who was teammates with Oliseh in the Super Eagles in the 90s and has also served as assistant coach at various times, said it is important for coaches to understand how to manage their players.
“Man-management is very important when it comes to football,” Amokachi begins.
“You work with people and as the head of the team, you work with about 36 people; not just the players, but the backroom staff.
