Real Sociedad striker Sadiq Umar back to full training three days after he was leaving Nigeria’s Super Eagles camp due to injury, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
Sadiq was reported to have suffered a knee injury during the Nigeria’s 2023 Africa Cup of Nations preparatory match against Guinea in Dubai last week.

He was in no time replace by Trabzonspor striker, Paul Onuachu who joined the Super Eagles on Saturday in Côte d’Ivoire, the host nation for AFCON 2023.

To the surprise of many, the former AS Roma player was seen on video training fully without any traces of discomfort.
According to renowned football journalist, Oma Akatugba, the 26 year-old had only suffered a “slight injury” but coach Jose Peseiro was impatient for recovery.
