“?Chelsea are reportedly eyeing up an astonishing move for Bayern Munich striker Thomas Muller for £75m should wantaway Diego Costa force through a move away from the club.
Costa has been rumoured to be unsettled by a bid from the Chinese Super League worth £30m-a-year, and was left out of the match day squad for the Blues’ 3-0 victory over Leicester City after a reported spat with the club’s fitness coach and manager Antonio Conte, with the player’s future uncertain.
And according to the Sun, the west London club are prepared for their top goalscorer this season to leave, with Chelsea ready to convince Munich forward Muller to replace him in a deal that could rise to £80m.
Muller has constantly been linked with a move to the Premier League in recent seasons, but could finally make his move after reports suggest he is unhappy with the German champions under boss Carlo Ancelotti, and could look for a move away as soon as the January transfer window.

In contrast to his season under previous boss Pep Guardiola last year, scoring 20 goals, the 27-year-old has netted just once in the 2016/17 campaign, and was dropped for the side’s Bundesliga fixture against table-toppers RB Leipzig last month.
Chelsea aren’t the only side looking to capitalise on Muller’s uncertainty with life at the Allianz Arena, with long-term admirers of the World Cup winning Germany international Manchester United also on red alert should he become available in the transfer window.
