“?Swansea City are said to be close to completing a deal for PSV Eindhoven winger Luciano Narsingh.
According to journalist Kristof Terreur, the player is currently having a medical done at the club’s facilities and should sign soon, should he pass it.

Narsingh would be new boss Paul Clement’s first signing of the season if all goes well.
Clement, who recently became the Swans’ third coach of the season, having replaced Bob Bradley this month, is looking to quickly turn things around at the club, and is planning to use this January window as best he can.
Early reports claim that the Welsh club have agreed a £5m fee for Norwich defender Martin Olsson, and Clement is said to be ready to move for Spurs midfielder Tom Carroll as well.
Narsing, though, has made 16 appearances for Holland, and has scored four goals as an international. He has only scored twice in 20 appearances for PSV, however. And with his contract set to expire this summer, the club are willing to let him leave for around £4m.

Swansea have also announced the appointment of former Real Madrid and Chelsea midfielder Claude Makalele as coach via their official website.
The Frenchman worked alongside Clement at Paris Saint-Germain, and the pair are set to work together once more in the Swans’ bid to remain in the Premier League this season.
