Nigerian Youngster Awua Trains With Inter Milan Ahead Of Derby Game Against AC Milan

AWUA
18 year Old Nigerian midfield enforcer Theophilus Awua, who is on loan to Inter-Milan from Serie B side Spezia joined the first team in training today ahead of their weekend game against AC Milan.

Awua is on a season long loan to Inter-Milan, in a deal reportedly worth €200,000 which gives the Milan based side the option of making his deal permanent in the summer for a fee in the region of €2,000000.

He has been earning rare reviews for his performances for the Primavera side of the team, where he has within a space of one month blossomed into an integral part of the team.

The interim coach of the first team Stefano Vecchi, who was appointed after the axing of Frank De Boer knows so well about the Nigerian, as he was his coach at the youth team before making the step up to the first team early this month.

However this is not the first time he is training with the first team but he is yet to make his first team bow, and this could be linked to the fact that several first team players are away with their various national teams.
