Tanze: I’m in good terms with Nasarawa United

Shammah Paul Tanze has debunked claims of him leaving Nasarawa United.

The striker insisted that he’s doing fine at the Lafia-based club and completely focused on he 2016 Federation Cup final.

“I am astonished and disappointed that on reports stating that I’m set for an exit from Nasarawa United due to poor form and rift with the coach but unfortunately it was said by a top official whose name wasn’t mentioned,” Shammah told Goal.

” I have a very good and healthy relationship with the technical crew, players and management of Nasarawa United. I have played in the Caf Confederation Cup, the domestic league and also helped the team to the FA Cup final.

“Fortunately the club officials have stated that they never at an point granted and interview so it baffles me as to where such story came out from.

“My coach, Kabir Dogo has always been a father figure to me, he has encouraged me and that has always been an important ingredient to my excellent performance.

“He was surprised to see such report in the media when no one was spoken to. They just want to distract me and I won’t fall for that.”
