Gent winger, Moses Simon suffered an hamstring injury in Gent’s 1-1 draw away to SC Braga in Thurday’s UEFA Europa League, raising doubt over his availability for the Super Eagles 2018 World Cup qualifier against Zambia in Ndola next month.
The 21-year-old was replaced in the 40th minute by Kalifa Coulibaly after he sustained the injury in a tackle from Lazar Rosic.
?Simon is expected to undergo some scans to determine the extent of his injury.
Danijel Milicevic got Gent on the way after six minutes, but they were pegged back by Andre Pinto goal in the 24th minute.
Simon has scored twice this season in the Belgian Pro Division and has made seven appearances in the Europa League competition scoring thrice.
