Ivo Sajh Is Confident About Transforming Nigeria Football In Six Years If Given The Nod As T.A.

63 year old former Kano Pillars coach, Ivo Sajh says he can transform Nigeria football in two phases if given the job of the Technical Adviser of the senior national team of Nigeria.

Following Nigeria Under-20s 3-4 loss to Sudan that saw them eliminated from the 2017 Africa Youth Championship, Sajh in his mail made it clear than an holistic approach is needed to revive Nigeria football.

He further said he wasn’t surprised that the Flying Eagles lost to Sudan unlike the rest of the world because to him, the poor state of Nigeria Football is exemplified by the country’s poor ranking by FIFA where they are currently 70th in the world.

The Slovenian in a mail to the official email of Owngoalnigeria pointed out that he has both short term and long term goals for Nigeria football if he is deemed fit enough for the Super Eagles job following French man Paul Le Guen unwillingness to take the job.

His long term goals according to him should see Nigeria Football get back to the summit of global football in six years while he was silent on his short term expectations it obviously centres around qualification for the next major tournament.
